I've always thought that this was one of the most flat-out sexy pictures of Tetsuko you've ever done. Everything from the pose to the expression to the outfit and the colours, it all comes together beautifully and just oozes sex appeal. Fantastic stuff!

In my opinion your best picture of Tetsuko up to date. Powerful. Beautiful. And it captures a lot of the ecstasy how a woman must feel with all this power. I love it.

Hypothesis: Strong women aren't feminine.
Counterexample: See illustration above.

Hard to say - it was done a couple of years ago, and I did it over a period of a couple of months, an hour or two a day. I'd say maybe 10 to 15 hours?

So here is another one of your gorgeously perfect, perfectly gorgeous works. My gosh a mighty, how do you do it? And how do you extract the time? You have taken this art of the "muscle woman legend" to great new heights indeed! And naturally, another one to put in favorites.
Just a couple questions; do you draw these straight into the computer, like, with the mouse or one of those pads, or do you pencil and/or ink it then scan it? How big is the sheet of paper you draw on? And what, good heavens, type of scanner? Mine is good only for up to 8-1/2 x 14 inches. I'm like, working with stone knives and bear skins here. And pray tell me, how oh how do you warp time? I wish I could expand 1 hour into 7 days. Then I would have time to do a really good job along with time to take naps, take walks, and all the other diddlycrap I do while working on a picture.
GREAT WORK!

Mostly I do my drawings in the computer, using a Wacom tablet - they're almost a necessity, although I have seen artists like do incredible work using a mouse. In the past I have done drawing on paper and scanned it; even today, I'll sometimes start with a pencil drawing. My scanner's the same size as yours; I haven't yet seen a scanner large enough to handle artwork up to 11 x 17 inches (the largest size I used to work in) that didn't cost multiple hundreds of dollars, whereas an 8-1/2 x 14-inch scanner can be had for about $70.
As for warping time... I wish!! You seem to be fairly new to my work, you don't yet know how slow I am at getting my artwork done! Now that I'm done (for awhile, at least) posting some of my older stuff to my dA gallery, you'll see that I'll struggle to get one new piece out every week, week-and-a-half or so. (Part of that is because I'm always juggling several projects at once - probably a bad habit, but I just can't help it.)

I usually refer to the lack of a solid outline as "Line-less", "painted" to me refers to something that resembles traditional mediums of oils or acrylics.
BTW, cool art regardless of what you call the style.
