Description
The Lirga class light cruiser of the Reborn Eternal Empire's navy back bone was compliantly unknown to the galaxy until 32 (2016) ABY when thousands came out of the Unknown Regions and the Esstran sector without any warning in the opening of a new war. Learning form the failures of the Galactic Empire, the Eternal Fleet had their ships covered with point defense cannons. With the Lirga class having 29 quad P.D.C.s(the other 3 are behind the MS catapults) 14 triple lasers, and 16 proton missile/torpedo launchers. Lirga cruisers are able to take on Imperil class SDs, and most Mon Cal warships with cases with there only being two of them in the battle. The bridge has armor that covers it in battle, to prevent what happen to the Super Star Destroyer Executer. The Eternal Empire’s forces invaded several systems and completely conquering them within weeks for some. The Lirga class is hard for star fighters to take out, not without using swarm tactics to divide its fire.
