Description
I made a drawing recently with feathers. But, I honestly didn't like the final result of that drawing but it was something I tried anyways (hence, I removed it from my featured art and I also don't feel like referencing it directly in here lol). Howeverrr, I liked including animal-based elements/figures (something that I don't usually do) so, here, I kind of used the same elements of that recent drawing in a way/concept that came more natural for me as I was moving along.
Also, it has been around a month that I haven't drawn anything. It is good to draw again...very slowly while holding pencils in a weird way (as my hand is still recovering)..but still!

Portrait is based on a reference that I own. Bird outline is based on general online references.
Tools: Pencil (B), soft graphite stick, medium PITT charcoal, q-tips and blending stumps.
