My male Cousland was an asshat who was far more interested in revenge and power than any of this grey warden business. My Dalish was so very anti-Grey Warden that Alistair actually scolded her one time when she came back to camp (one of the reasons he got exchanged for Loghain later on...). My city elf was a bit cranky, she never did say yes to this grey warden stuff, but she made the best of the situation. The mage... well, she was very dutiful so all was well XD

Recruit is one thing, play is another. Imagine going through the game trying to fix things and it constantly making things worse. I mean, it would be hilarious on one hand, and really frustrating on the other.

Like, you'd want to recruit Cullen too, but then he'd hate on Morrigan and Jorwan, and you would want to snatch Gorim with you as well, to bring back the Aeducan days of kicking butt... and Ser Gilmore would be nice to have as a team-mate too, but then we'd have the problem of too many people.

Well, we decided that there probably wouldn't be too much of a difference in the Amell and Surana characters to warrant including both of them. Amell worked better what with being related to Hawke in mind, so... yeah.

Our female Cousland - the armored fella with the ashes is the male Cousland. Extra Couslands for everyone! Mainly because the story is quite different depending on what gender you have in that particular origin, and we want to do both
