OMG YES! Why did they only give us the option to yell at her?!

I wish we could renegade interrupt Petrice. Through a glass window down to the street.

All games should have renegade and paragon interrupts, it is known.

To me perso, the "pièce de résistance" of this most enjoyable comic is Orsino's expression in final panel, it's both hilarious and true to the character!
My number one character for a brutal interrupt would have been sister/mother Petrice though, all glory to the voice actor for making her so exceedingly intolerable, and probably joining a crowd there...

Best I could see you doing was replying aggressively and then jaunt give Meredith a hard time later when she calls on you to her chamber. I definitely wanted to rip her a new one for that.

I never liked Merideth and this is one of the main reasons the other one is that if you don't agree to help her capture the apostates who fled the circle she threatens to make things troubling for Bethany or if you are a Mage she threatens to put you in the circle even if you not doing anything wrong.

Ddriana In reply to LunaNightstar [2016-01-05 16:21:32 +0000 UTC]
Well, if Meredith took a deep breath and thought things through before lashing out she wouldn't be Meredith, I guess?

Ok, you might get cut down by templars, but that moment of satisfaction... maybe worth it?
π: 0 β©: 1
Lovewillalwayswin In reply to Ddriana [2015-03-24 06:06:50 +0000 UTC]
Maybe. But I have never liked the Templars and the Chantry, not one bit. They are not as holy as they seemed to be. I do not deny that there are good people in it like Cullen, Leliana and Cassandra, but the system is, let me quote from Emma Thompson, "distressing."
Moreover, from what I have learnt about Dragon Age series, the Maker is not that almighty and he is definitely not a good father. (Just personal opinion, but I apologize if I offend anyone.)

Ddriana In reply to Lovewillalwayswin [2015-04-10 19:07:00 +0000 UTC]
No, I am not a fan of the Templars and Chantry either, and the whole Circle system is way too open for abuse to be kept around :/
As for the Maker... I dunno, it seems to easy a solution to actually be real? If that makes any sense?
π: 0 β©: 1
Lovewillalwayswin In reply to Ddriana [2015-04-15 08:10:06 +0000 UTC]
I don't know either. But the Maker had somehow transformed into a tool for the Chantry to control the others. Many of them, like Sister Petrice (forgot how to spell the name), justify their murders and abuse of power by simply stating "It's the Maker's will" and that's the saddest thing. Because like what happened to the Inquisition in latter stage as Morrigan told in the epilogue, fear was the source of power, not the fairness it held. And I don't think the Maker would want his second children to use his name to rationalize their sins. :S

Most likely they would have imprisoned Hawke, removed his/her title as Champion, and then get someone else in charge.
