OK, at first i have drawn only the M109. Decided to strech that pic and finally drawn mechs. XD
This is my fav pic done in 2018. I think i have done a similar pic 3 years ago, but the difference is bigger than i thought.

Morning BarrageAs the rays of sunlight rose over the hill Lieutenant Lea Engelmann looked out over the rolling grassland ahead of her. It was broken by a scattering of trees here and there but overall she had an unobstructed view of the field and where the presumed enemy advance would be from. Lowering her binoculars she glanced behind her at her unit. She was in charge of a trio of M109 howitzers along with two reconnaissance schranzers. For herself there was a simple Fennek armored reconnaissance vehicle.
In theory she should have been inside of it instead of standing out in the open like this but she preferred to be able to get a personal view of the field before a major engagement. With the coming of the morning light so too would the renewed aggression. She sighed heavily as the sun touched her face and she turned to hurry back to her armored vehicle.
βSee anything Lieutenant?β her driver inquired.
βNot yet.β she replied as she closed the hatch. βBut if things go we
