in all truth, i don't think the picture of the character deserves the DD, but i can ecstatically agree that the background does. the swaths of greens and blue greys coupled with browns to create a sort of surreal dreamy place... that alone i love

I didn't catch it until looking it over a few times. I'm not sure if anyone else noted, but the hakama he's wearing aren't pleated. Being a samurai, and not just a skirt-wearing character, it would probably have been better if there were pleats. I also looked at the original character design, which also had pleats. Still, that's a minor detail that would probably have been more difficult to add. It's a beautiful piece of work you've done there.

Like I said, I didn't notice it my first time looking at the picture. I usually pay attention to people drawing kimono or yukata, because that's the biggest mistake people make when either drawing or wearing. It's somewhat of an animation problem, too, when noticing that the right side flips over the left side.
I'm not an artist, but thanks to my studies, I've picked up on how certain clothing should go. Since no one else is commenting on it, I really do think it's a small issue. Again, really REALLY beautiful work.
