So yea, i gotta say, best art app for an ipad is artrage. Its a lot of fun, and frankly, it has better paint textures and blends and mediums than photoshop.
Dont even bother buying fucking autodesk sketcher or anything, because like all autodesk products its totally fucked.
Theres another one i used too, but it was crap too. Free, but shit. Artrage is the best by far.

My main problem though is stylus accuracy. As in, there isnt any. The only styluses i can get have fat tips to imitate finger tips. This is shit for doing decent art or accurate drawings, because you cant see your line as you put it down, at the point of origin. This makes true accuracy near impossible.
Also, the response time is lagged. You draw lines at what is a normal pace for solid medium or a wacom and it laaaaaaaags. But to be fair, an ipad is really a rather low powered thing, and they dont build them specifically for artists purposes. Wish they did. Someone needs to make artists digital datapads.

Also yes, i am typing on my ipad. Its kind of anoying, mostly because of having to click through to access symbols. I need to save money and buy one of those cases with an inbuilt keyboard.
