Description
I've been playing Skyward Sword recently and have been wanting to develop an OC for AGES.

So, after lots of trial and error and about 3 different redesigns meet Ya and Sakehr!

I'll be adding some more info about Ya later, but all you really need to know is that he's grumpy and foul tempered.

Name: Sakehr
Age: 27 (Due to his time spent outside, however, he appears a lot older.)
Appearance: Tall and elegant, with long legs, Sakehr has a graceful gait and moves with calculated precision. He is somewhat top heavy, with broad shoulders and well built arms due to his years of working with the Loftwing colony.
He has dark, caramel skin tinted with a golden hue. Due to his time spent outside he has a weathered but friendly face, decorated with bright red tattoos drawn across his eyes. His hair is silver, pulled back into a messy ponytail to keep it out of his face. Black feathers from his Loftwing are woven into his ponytail. His ears protrude outwards as opposed to upwards.
Attire: Sakehr opts for functionality rather than fashion due to his work. He wears a thick, short sleeved tan tunic, pinched at the waist with a stiff leather wrap. The wrap is adorned with patterns resembling a Loftwing and acts both as a belt and as a protective device from any unruly birds. His hands are adorned with tough fingerless gloves, and his forearms are wrapped with a similar protective leather wrap (think falconer’s gloves).
He wears tan, knee high boots specialised for riding; and tan slacks. When out flying, he wears thigh protectors (similar to a gauntlet) made of reinforced leather. Again, they are decorated with sigils common in Skyloft.
His attire is based on the Secretary Bird colour and style wise.
Personality: Despite his somewhat melancholy gait, Saqr has a wicked sense of humour and loves nothing more than sharing stories over a pint and some good food at a tavern with his fellow Hylians.
He is naturally gifted with Loftwings having grown up with a Wing Commander as a father, and he utilises this gift in his work. Sometimes he can appear a little aloof having spent so much time with the birds but he is a good natured individual with best intentions at heart.
He has a strong sense of justice, and although in many situations this can be a positive trait he can occasionally take it too far.
Occupation: Sakehr works as the aviary manager in Skyloft, providing food, board and care for Loftwings who may be in need of medical assistance.
