Right, I feel this was required! Everyone loves Zack!
So it is only right, that after doing a picture of Vincent, Aerith and multiple Cloud's, I do him! I find looking at other people's pictures for inspiration, such as =Washu-M she has really cool Final Fantasy pictures and they really gave me guidance on this, but at the same time I made sure to do the shading in my own way
Reference used:[link] heavely zoomed in! I chose this cos everyone else does his other hairstyle.. lol
Used a ballpoint pen only! But I weren't brave enough to start it with ink
so I used a normal HB pencil for an outline firstAnyways I hope you like it!!!

I don't use pen much, but they can surely prove to be quite the artsy utencil!

Mind if I asked first if you wanted to accurately portray that reference? I don't want to comment on stuff that had a bit of artistic licence in it cause some people don't go for accuracy when drawing *raises hand*

I really like your art style and I thing it's great that your confident enough t use only pen (accept for the outline), I used to do the same thing but now I'm hooked on pencils.

I really love this. I think I say this because I have a whole soft spot for the ballpoint pen and your execution on that bad bay is a.w.e.s.o.m.e. The textures on the clothing, the hair all the way down to the metal platting is fantastic and I think you're whole gallery stands behind those words. Wonderful grasp of anatomy and proportion. I can go on and on but I'll just sound like another broken record.

i do the same. any time i draw a picture i have a bunch of pictures up as inspiration and to help me with ideas but i never copy unless it's fanart. i find when i do fanart it comes out 10x better than my own original artwork. love this!
