This piece was sketched down months ago but only recently did I have the time to finish it. It turned out better than I expected
The thing about me that inspired this piece is the better I get closer to people, the more I tend to get jealous of them. Jealous for the skills they have, the amount of attention people pay to them, the amount of friends and fans they manage to achieve and then I always do the worst thing which is comparing myself to them. I tried to reason why there is a difference and ending talk and think badly aboout myself. It's still a thing I do every now and then, if I don't want to say everyday. But there's always another person in me who keeps talking back, telling me what a loser I would be if I accept all these facts and give in. So in short, this piece is about me trying to cut ties with my negative feelings and emotions by... cutting hair XP I don't know if you know this but my hair has never been long and I enjoy every time I get a haircut. It's like refreshing myself once in a while Anyway, I'm heading toward the beach tomorrow so I'll be gone for the next couple of days. I'll get back to you when I'm back>v<

Yes, and the problem with me is that: If that is a person I personally don't know well, I'm probably gonna "admire" them for theirΒ achievements. But if it's my friend(s), I'm switching to "jealous" mode. I mean, it's such a weird thing I do that even I myself can't comprehend it.
I'm trying to contain these negative feelings, hoping my jealousy won't get the better of me.

"Center of attention" huh? I want to be, sometimes but not all the time. To be honest, I'm more like the type who just wants to blend in well and pops out every now and then so I won't be forgotten.
But yes, I don't think I'm being honest enough with my friends. I don't want to be better than them, I just don't want to be worse compared to them. I spend lot of my time drawing (which is not my main source of income) and they just spent more time working on their day jobs. Hence the difference but I just can't help thinking about it sometimes. I guess I'm just a little greedy as well XP

Art fairs and comic cons in my place aren't as popular as they are in other countries. I'm taking commissions but I only finish a handful every year. Let's just say I'm doing art as a hobby only but spend too much time on it than I should be XD

Yeah, I know that. I'll promote it harder this time. To be honest, I still don't know how Redbubble fully functions. I know it has groups but I haven't seen the use of joining those.
