Today is my birthday and this bento is leftovers from my birthday lunch that my uncle bought me. A few days before this day my uncle and I went to the Mac store to figure out what's wrong with my mac (needless to say it's STILL making the grinding noises) and we stopped by the Cheesecake Factory afterwards. He treated me to a delicious lunch and cheesecake!I got a Vietnamese dish called Caramel Chicken and it was really very delicious. It's along the lines of the Japanese Mochiko or Kaarage chicken dishes with a sweet and spicy sauce. It was served with white rice.
This bento contains:
Vietnamese Caramel Chicken
White Rice with Parsley Flakes
Cucumber and Tomato Salad
Coleslaw
It was really delicious, and I would recommend it highly if you ever go to the Cheesecake Factory.

ill admit the caramel on chicken sounded nasty at first cus i thought it meant actual caramel on chicken XD but it still seems interesting

Haha actually caramel is used in the sauce, but it's mixed with other ingredients and turns out quite delicious!
