Did you use a clear diamond? And what size El wire did you use? I see they have 9ft for sale but i doubt you need that much.

The diamond is coloured and lit by a white light. This is the one I used: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dl… I used 3 metres of EL wire. There was a bit left over inside, so you might be able to get away with 2 if you make the gun slightly smaller and make the coil looser.
