Hero Name: After Image

- Quirk: After Image -
This quirk alters the perception of individuals observing the user. That is to say, the user becomes hazy and hard to see, almost like an optical illusion. Victims find it hard to focus on the user, similar to how one might think they saw something, but when they blink it is no longer there. The user still exists within normal reality, meaning their physical presence remains, the quirk only alters perception - something one sees out of the corner of their eye. In fact, the only way to reliably view the user is out of the corner of one's eye where the quirk's effects are weakest. The quirk is passive but its effects may be increased or decreased by the user. At it's weakest, staring at the user may cause a headache in the observer after a short time due to the increased brain focus needed. At its strongest, the observer may catch glimpses of the user, but any break in concentration (a drift of the eyes, blink, etc.) would cause them to lose their place. Finding the user has increased odds if the observer knows for a fact a specific area within which the user resides.
