Description pastel pencil 12x8"

- some practising of a random stallion. The picture of the portrait is not the best, very hard to do a proper photo of it! In reality the portrait texture is much more softer and nicely blended where the camera points out all strokes here. Anyway, I was quite happy with this one. I was fully concentrated and patient with it, didn't speed through layers as I usually do

It's very beautiful. The mix of the pose and the medium used give a soft and calm feeling. It feels like the art equivalent of a cup of hot chocolate to me...
