The CD seems to be too far out of his hand...like he just barely has but it might fall. If you move it back into his hand a bit that might help improve a little.
Do you put a space after the third dot? (ex - I listened to radio... it was bad) We just had that discussion in the office yesterday about a magazine we were doing....just wondering.
Nice work man, very smooth, easy and to the point - love how the hand forces your eyes down to the text. Ok, bye now.

reason the CD, is so far out is because he's handing it over to YOU the viewer so I hope that suggest some sort of motion.

lol, yea. I plan on sending some work to applied arts mag contest so I'm having my work critiqued by my teacher (harsh critique) then whoever passes, goes to the contest

Amazing work.
I prefer some brighter colors, as you may have already noticed, lol, so, I would add maybe a 'stronger' red.

sometimes you have to match saturation. The saturation of the green matches that of the red. Making it bright would affect too many things like focal point, contrast, etc.
