A few more crocuses are blooming in our area. I caught this picture at the American Horticultural Society's headquarters in Alexandria, VA.Related content

Thank you. I love them, too. Hubby and I took a walk today, and I saw a lot of them on peoples' lawns; they looked a bit tattered after that rough weather we had yesterday, followed by bitter cold temperatures again. My poor daffodils froze, so I'm sad. They won't come back til next year.

We had between 15 and 20° the last few days but expect snow for tomorrow fairly low down which means that our spring flowers will die too

Yes. At the moment a thin layer of snow covers my roof. The first time this year. It's a real shame for all the lovely flowers.

The weather is so strange. We had the warmest January on record; many days, it was way up in the 70s! But after mid-January, it got colder and colder; now, spring can't seem to get here soon enough!

Same here, except that it was warm untill yesterday. This morning I have 15 cm snow on the roof of the car

My daffodils are in bloom. If we have snow, it might knock them over. I HOPE we don't get snow, but even if we don't, the cold weather will cause damage. March is a very unpredictable month here; some days are warm, others cold and snowy. It's normal for this time of year!

Some of mine are fully open, others are in bud. So even if the snow comes, I think the buds will survive--if they don't get knocked down due to the heavy weight of the snow.
