Hikaru from Ouran High School Host Club. :3 It's kind of based around chapter 61. It's winter and he makes his decision at the end. I think he'll feel better with this choice of his, thus his smile. He won't be troubled anymore.Don't say his hair is orange. He dyed it for real in the manga.
Also, the translation I read said the color was "Ash", which is a really dark brown. So that's how I interpreted it. It probably should be darker though...

nah i think dark ash is like really dark blonde or something, so it like, looks brown. XD well thats wat my mum said.

Yeah I'm glad they aer kinda different now. :3 Although I did get a kick out of when Kaoru suggested they get their own rooms. I was like, "You guys are what, 16? And you still share rooms?! D:"
