Yeah they keep both boys and eunuchs, just like in ottoman empire, I don't know persian terms but turkish are from arabic the boys where "gulam" (ghilman) and the eunuchs "hadim" (khadim):3

Yep. Turkish language belong to Turkic languages of Altaic family. But Ottomans often used arabic words. And, my friends, thanks for explaining as well :3
