I know exactly what you mean. When I watch a movie and someone dies, I bawl my eyes out. I know that's pretty normal, at least for more emotional people, but I really, really cry. Like I can't even think about people dying, because all I think about is what they're leaving behind and how no one will ever be able to talk to them or hug them or look them in the eye again. It's a terrifying thought.

My father's best friend died a few nights ago. I get weirded out by the thought that never again will I see him, never again will I talk to him. It just doesn't seem real.

It scares me too, but I'm getting to know as many people as possible from now on, so hopefully I don't miss out on any opportunity to know someone.

i'm very numb toward death. it makes me sad that that person is gone but i don't really dwell on it. it doesn't bother me that much that i can't talk to them. there are so many other people in the world to talk to.
just because i don't feel the need to have my mother around to talk to doesn't mean i don't miss her and love her. I wish she was still alive but you can only prevent it for so long. Death is inevitable for everyone, so why waste life fearing it?

Don't worry ST, it's normal to think that way 
You can't really do somehting about it, you'll always be afraid to lost someone, that's why it's better to tell them all you have to tell them everyday and try to never be mad at someone because you don't know if it's not the last moment you're going to talk to him.

I'm the same way.
At night, when I'm laying there trying to get to sleep, I just can't stop thinking about all these different people dying and how I would have no idea what to do if someone I loved died. It's really upsetting

I only have my mom left, we weren't a big family.
And even if we fight all the time, I don't know what I'd do without her
