Oh geez. I feel exactly the same way about a cashier at the grocery store. He smiled at me and I was smiling for the rest of the day, and we have never spoken. He is, by far, the most amazing-looking person I have ever seen in my life and it makes me so nervous, but I think it's ok. :] He looks as shy as I feel. Some day, I hope to at least say hi to him. :]

he's so quiet.
when i went to camp one year with my school, we had to pick squaredance partners.
or they'd hook us up with random people.
so on the day of the squaredance, he was one of the last two in his cabin.
and i picked him.
he didn't even say hello.
he didn't say anything.
he didn't talk at all.
i haven't heard him talk since like.
fourth grade.
we had to do three rounds in the squaredance, because it was a big circle of people.
after each round, you can go switch partners.
well.

because my friend wanted to goof off with me.
i'm really loud, crazy, and squeal a lot.
i'm big on laughter.
but the real me, deep inside, isn't really all much like that..
but anyways.
he thinks i'm super weird.

where he usually hangs with his friends is pretty close to where i play volleyball.
literally.
he's right behind the net.
i'll randomly shout.

and he'll look at me and be all.

and one time he got hit by the ball and i tried not to talk when he passed it back.
but i yelled.

and he threw it right over me.
but it's okay.
because during gym.
i sometimes catch him staring at me.
and it feels great to know he at least sees me
and knows that i'm there.
it's awesome.
it's unfortunate now i have been split clear in half.
between him and someone else i like.
i feel guilty for liking the other.
and then i feel guilty more for liking the other guy.
i told my best friend.
and the way she acted.
i knew i couldn't trust her with anything.
she was going to tell him
she yelled his name
and i tackled her onto the ground
covering her mouth
and some whinystupidbitch was all.
"get off her that's mean stop"
but you know what
i pretend to not care about a lot of important stuff.
but only i know that i really care.
but nobody can know.
i feel alone here.
but i know that maybe the other guy will work out better for me.
because at least i know that the other one likes me.
and that i'm safer liking him.
