This secret inspired me to something that kind of helps me. I keep track of every single day by lining up green, blue and red pearls on a string since about half a year and plan to do it for another half so that in the end i have an awesome long row of pearls.
Blue and green are the good days and red is where trying my best wasn't really good enough. I scratch a date into every single pearl (they're made of wood).
its good to see that there is more blue and green than red.

I must admit that there have been times in the last year where I slipped back in to the habit, nothing bad, just scratching myself with my finger nails and stuff... But finding this secret again, and seeing all the comments again, even new comments, it helped so much.
