I know exactly how you feel. This secret could've been written by me. I always tell people who are down on themselves that they deserve to be loved, to be happy, that they are beautiful and have so many great qualities. And it's true. But I can't seem to think anything positive about myself. Just how I can be better, and how I am not good enough. Try doing something that makes you happy. You could point out one thing about your self that you do like every time you think something negative (it works if you actually try). Then focus on thoes things and eventually you will see yourself as a whole person made up of great qualities and chatacteristics. I can tell you, ST, that you are beautiful and good enough. You'll see it one day. I'm sure you have more people that see you as perfect than you realize. <3

You can do it. I KNOW you can. It's not going to happen over night though, it'll take some time... but that's okay. Start slowly then work your way up from there. And I'm positive that there is someone who does think you're better than you think.

Just by reading this I can tell that you are a beautiful person, and that has nothing to do with how you look. Sure you could diet and exercize and al of that and even though it may make you look "prettier" the way you think about yourself might never change. Some people who think this way about themselves do it because they have issues with confidence, sometimes that never goes away. Be above all of that and realize all of the beautiful things you already are.

This happens all the time XD I see my self like WOAH PRETTY and then EWW UGLY...sometimes in the same day. Mirrors mess with people minds, and ophotographs, too.

Yups. It also happens to everybody. Humans do not realize that he is always changing every second, minute, hour, day and year both mind, body, soul and heart. that unique human being. This is my personal opinion, those opinions may be different depending from the standpoint of their own.

lol, I totally agree with you- we change all the time, its natural to be frightened or confused by how we look sometimes, even though we are all basicly good looking one moment or another.

When I was in highschool, I'd write on my hands a lot. One day I wrote "I am beautiful" on the back of my hand, and "I am disgusting" on the bottom of my foot. For three days, the "beautiful" wouldn't wash off. The "disgusting" was gone before the end of the school day.
I still do it every once in a while. But now I have a husband who tells me that I'm beautiful every day and even when he's not around somehow manages to make me feel amazing and special.
And ST, if you were beautiful and special "before" I'm sure you still are now, no matter how much you think you've changed.
