I can understand you pretty well... and I think it's more human than selfish. But I also think this is not really the right way to get attention. It will hurt them if they do care about you...

It is in a way selfish, yes. But I do understand it. I had times like that too, with a person. That I cut so he'd see.
But its not the right way. If the person really care he'll care also if ou don0t cut.

I've really felt like this before. Maybe you could write them a note saying this? What I felt simply passed. I now have at least one person that I know would look for me.
