It matches my tutu wonderfully. She can keep the flower she's holding. I don't care much for its taste.

A capture of innocents as fleeting as a flower. Lovely.

honestly, this pencil reminds me of something that you
would set up and photograph.
i'm just saying this to be saying it, but, i think it's something
we have in common,...this particular 'take' with regards
to children and the innocence they represent,...
it's bittersweet really. because while we would like to represent
this to view, we know that sooner or later the world will corrupt
this innocence. and i guess we all share in the blame,...to some
degree or other.
but, at least some of us hold onto it in some way,...not only
to remember it,...but, to sometimes remind others of it.
does that make sense?
and strangely,...we both have our darker sides as well.
and even stranger,...i think that it's good, because it helps our
perspective,...helps us to be diverse in our appreciation,...or
with regards to 'what' we appreciate.
uhm. ok. before i go totally incoherant, i'll go now.
heh.

This is gorgous, it reminds me of a realism piece I'm working on at the moment too. It's of my friends baby picture. There's just something about a childs innocence. So far this is fantastic, I'd be very interested to see it painted, although I love pencil work. Excellent peice either way.

*gasp* this is so incredibly lovely I can't even find the words... it's so tender, and beautiful, the way you've chosen to so lightly render it adds to the delicacy. This is fantastic

That's amazing. Make sure you save the file for this, it'd be a shame to only have the painting. You achieved the depth and roundness of a figure that so many artists who do this "photograph" style seem to miss. Love it.

it's a beautiful drawing...whether it be an underdrawing or finished piece. the delicate and cross hatched style you decided to use symbolically adds to the beauty by suggesting a more simple, innocent state...ah! I just love it!

always nice to see something fresh from my man dwayne. there's just something about incorporating kids in art that makes it interesting to look at. you're gonna make a lot more fans including myself when you paint this piece. i'm sure you'll be sipping champagne at the very notion.

Really nice work, shows a different style then I am used to seeing from you. I like the subtleness and delicacy of the pencil, donβt see how you could improve it, but Iβm curious to see it painted none the less. Always amazed by your range of skill.
You know I donβt hardly fav anything at all, [Iβm such a snob], but I canβt pass this one upβ¦
