Hmm... I always figured Hiei to be a bit rough yet hesitant when approaching a girl (especially if he had to kiss her x]). I tried to convey that through the way their bodies were positioned and stuff. Don't know how well that worked.I had to fix Hiei's hair cuz it actually looked like crap the first time (it looked more Vegeta-ish), but anyway, even though this isn't my couple of choice in the YYH universe, I found it less difficult to draw Hiei and Botan together compared to drawing Shuuichi and Botan together. Maybe it's because of Shuuichi's hair? Yep... probably is.
Err... background's kind of retarded. Hiei's supposed to be leaning on a wall. I'm in the middle of coloring this piece right now, but I'm having a lot of trouble with shading. I hate shading.
His shirt's a little retarded too. I like the way Botan came out though. Her hair was fun to doodle here. ^^

Awe i think it's cute...no retardedness to me...oh yea..definately kurama's hair..that's why i dont draw him..his hair is too hard. Oh, yes. Botan is DEFINITELY taller than Hiei, but I have this habit of automatically making guys taller than the girls. I do it with Robin and Starfire too. >.> I don't even think about it when I draw - it just happens. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I prefer taller guys myself. T_T *shoots self*

This looks nice, very good. For me, I'd see Hiei with a more intense look in his eyes a bit if they were narrowed. I see him more with lust than for love (might not even know how love works then, he is a demon).

Thank you again, K-chan. I don't kow how many times I've thanked you, but I'm starting to think I'm being repetitive. You probably wanna staple my mouth shut right now, don't you? Haha... I wouldn't blame you.
Anyway, yeah... I had a really hard time with Hiei's expression and his face, in general, here. >.> I've actually re-done it, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to upload it yet because there's still a couple of changes I wanna make. 
I don't read very much Hiei x Botan fanfiction, but I have written one, and I have written love triangles with him, Botan, and Shuuichi in it. xDDDD
As far as coloring goes, I actually did color a bit of this one, but then I realized it look oh so craptastic, and then I decided to re-draw it. So if anything, I'll color the new version.

I don't really think Hiei likes Botan either, and as far as I know, Botan is actually afraid of the fire demon, but then I find it fun to draw them together. ^^
