I'd say about 18hours ? I don't know though. I'm having big eye troubles at the moment and I can't work as I'd love to since I can't stare at my computer for a very long time
I found them names ! The girl is called "LakkenΓ€a" and her dragon pet is called "Snowball". I don't know what LakkenΓ€a means, I did a Google search and it doesn't exist, but I liked it.
And no, she's not cold, there's some fire behind her and let's pretend she's using magic to feel warm.
She's listening to Snowball telling her where she can adopt an other dragon (and a specific one by the way : he fell in love with a pretty pretty she-dragon and wants her to be his girlfriend ! )
I hope you'll like it ! I know it's still a bit sketchy, but I was already late to give it to *Kanuka76 since the official deadline was over
I may refine it someday when I have free time though. For now I'll just keep on working on contest commissions (almost done
), other commissions, school work and music !

I just wanted to thank you for this painting as it was the first image of a Drow i had seen. I knew nothing of the Drow or their culture but after seeing this i was instantly captivated. I have learned so much about them ever since and even made a Drow character on second life that goes by the same name as my user name. I even made a Deviant art profile just so i could post this comment and thank you personally for starting me on the Drow path.

Aw I never noticed the tiny dragon there before. She could be covered in a layer of fur to stay warm. One thing I like about your style is that you don't skimp on womanly curves.

Well, women are women so it's normal that they have curves, I only try to draw them in a "realistic" way even if they are fantasy characters

I love it! The contrast of characters is great--if I remember from long ago, Drow (dark elves, right?) weren't always seen in a positive light and white dragons were supposed to be really good ones or something. Though I am sure that stereotype was broken long ago, way to break it again!
