Description I reinforced the top of the mask with fibreglass, so that it could bear the stresses that the horns put on it.

The horns are attached with a threaded bolt that runs from the mask, up into nuts that I buried into the core of the horns. A secondary pin prevents the horns from shifting around the axis of the bolt.

The mask was padded in various places to create a comfortable fit that allowed the moving jaw to work.

The feet are fibreglass stilts, with hooves applied onto the bottom to create the illusion of digigrade legs.

Everything is then furred. I created a pattern for the fur by covering the mask in masking tape, and then securing it with brown packing tape, before cutting it off and laying it out on the fur to cut out.

I hand sew the seams of the fur together, to ensure a strong invisible seam.
