Jedah from DarkstalkersThis was created for the UDON Darkstalkers tribute book. It did not make it in the book though so I was allowed to post it.
I will post a process tutorial tomorrow so you can see how I made it.

Not the final boss no, he was introduced in the third game as a new character. One of my favs

Well I think by that time the fighting game craze was dying down and Capcom probably didn't want to allocate funds to produce a completely 2D new game, so it was more small updates than anything else.
