This the full-sized version of the cover I had created for the Sengoku Role Playing Game supplement, Shinobi: Shadows of Nihon www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/… by Gold Rush Games. This piece was completely created using Adobe Photoshop, however, the placement and postures of the ninja and samurai figures were planned using computer rendered 3D models via Poser.@DikaWolfArt

Thanks. This was probably the most difficult artwork I'd ever attempted. I did it because it was a book cover commission. However, the computers at that time couldn't do the resolution sizes required for RPG books (also monitor resolutions weren't very large). I had to do this in much smaller pieces which I put together to make up a whole, and nearly filled my hard drives (at the time) doing so. I'm glad I was able to pull it off, as it was one of the pieces that jump started my career in digital art.

This painting is really awesome, especially how you merged background and foreground yet split them apart into perspective. And the colours are really reallynice. 1 fav is a bit less though...
