Er, but the "Walker" is "Wickes" class, and "Electra" is the refitted "Clemson"-class:

As i recall from all images, on the "Clemson"'s, the second stack was enclosed into the structure.

Nice - you might think about adding prop-protectors (metal "roll cages" a little above the water-line that keep the ship from bumping its propellers into pilings). The rudder looks a little small - it takes a lot of rudder effort to make a sharp turn - vital if one wishes to survive making a torpedo run. Also,the ship's boats and their davits appear to restrict the aim of the torpedoes - they could be moved to a light platform above the torpedo tubes.
