In reality, it evolved from now-extinct weird mammal-bird creatures that evovled in Eurasia and North America during the Oligocene, where they diversified greatly until climate change and the evolution of modern carnivorans push these animals to the brink of extinction. They survived in Antarctica

First of all, don't start with "In reality" like this is real, it's the farthest thing from it. That's a fine explanation if you want to borrow the Chytnok for your own fantasy world, but that is not its origins in the Main 616 Marvel universe, nor in my own Marvel Neo stories. You come off as trying to say that only your interpretation is the truth, when you have no authority to say so, and that comes off as arrogant and rude. If you just started that off with 'in my reality" that would come off as less rude.

Yeah, just learn to phrase how you present your ideas better, said the wrong way it comes off as arrogant and pushy.
It's not a bad idea, but I think it stretches the boundaries of pseudo-science to say this ting evolved Naturally. It was never meant to be taken as a naturally occurring creature, it was meant to be seen as a god, a creature of myth and legend, at least to the Fall People of the Savage Land. To try and explain away the Chytlok as a naturally evolved creature is like trying to explain the Chimera, the Sphinx or the Hydra. Besides, I find it really odd how many convergent traits it has with other animals, those things would not all evolve on one creature. And the idea that one animal would have feathers on the front half and fur on the back half, with scaled claws on its front limbs and hooves on its back is all a hard stretch to say is natural. he creature is best explained y being created by outside forces, a product of extreme super science or magic.
But thanks for putting all that effort into a comment, and thanks for the comment and the Fave.

Thank you. It's hard to come up with a 'scary' design for a Chicken based monster, but the existing design is quite fearsome. Glad you like the colours too.
