I agree and disagree with the white. It means that there's a sort of backdrop, and it focuses our eyes on the colour...but it also manages to detract from the photo by its sheer brightness.
In other words, I'm of no use whatsoever.

i think you're getting very good at this,
i hope you don't mind me saying this... but having the white on the sides - my opinion - takes something away from it... it works rather like a distraction.
but none the less i'm really enjoying the atmosphere of this new stuff (not in a creepy way or anything) - you're still edgy.

haha, thanks. and i know where you're coming from about the white on the sides. i think i compulsively add white on the sides of my photos. somehow i think everything looks better against white. but believe me, i do question myself
