As a matter of fact, yes. He seems to make an artwork for each episode coming out and the artwork is ALWAYS about something that actually happend in the episode.

Nice! The latest episode was pretty awesome. I just wish they'd done a better job with Ilia's sudden redemption, but I suppose they didn't have the time... Anyway, I'm glad they spent most of the episode on the fights for a change.

I actually thought Illia's redemption was done really well, and was hardly sudden.Β From the first, we see she is *very* reluctant to fight Blake, strongly implying how deeply she cares for her.Β As we watched her character arc in Volume 5, we see she was what Blake could have been had she not left the White Fang.Β While she remained part of a terrorist organization, we see she knows what she's doing is wrong, but believes there is no other way to help the Faunus' cause.
Really, the greatest obstacle to Illia's redemption was making her realize there *is* another way.
This also leads into Blake's immediate and public forgiveness of Illia: it is an example for Faunus to forgive and move forward together than to hold onto grudges.

You make good points, and I know Ilia cares about Blake, but I can't forget the fact that she fully intended to ship her off to Adam only two episodes ago. How does one go from that to a full redemption in just one breakdown? Don't get me wrong, I really believe Ilia is sorry for what she did (and it's not like she can just go back to the White Fang now after she turned against them), but I guess I wanted to see something more. However, like I said, I'm glad most of the episode was spent on the fighting. I'm positive Ilia will talk about lots of things with Blake later. For example, I don't think Ilia fully believes yet that Blake's way gets better results than Adam's. Yes, it's the right way, but Ilia used to justify her previous actions because she thought they worked. If the good guys manage to save Haven, then hopefully Ilia will understand that doing the right thing not only works as well, but sometimes is its own reward. Then I can consider her fully reformed.

I am willing to give Ilia the benefit of the doubt and say she did not fully realize how psychotic Adam has become; after all, when she was given the orders to capture Blake, they were given by the Albain brothers who assured her it was "for the good of all Faunus."Β I imagine if she saw Adam ranting in the actual message instead the tactful secondhand translation, she would have been much more doubtful of the claim that capturing Blake was "for the greater good."
Whether or not that would have prompted Ilia to allow Blake to "escape" or if she would gone through with it anyway because she felt she had no choice... that's debatable.
I have a feeling Ilia's conscience had been nagging for a long time about her actions, but it wasn't until Blake knocked some sense into her that it finally pushed her off the wrong path.
And I would like to point out the distinction between "forgiveness" and "redemption."Β Forgiveness is an act of the wronged person, to not hold the actions of the wrongdoer against them.
Redemption, on the other hand, is the act of the wrongdoer, to prove that they are indeed sorry for what they had done.Β And you're absolutely right in that regard: Ilia has yet to prove herself.Β In terms of actions, she only raised a hand in against the Albains after the battle was pretty much won (although to her credit, she hesitated to assist the Albain brothers in killing Ghira).Β Ilia does have her work cut out for her to prove she is serious about atoning for her sins, and I do agree that it will take some convincing for her to truly believe that Blake's way is better than Adam's, not only on moral grounds, but on practical grounds as well.
As of V5E10, Ilia has only taken the first step towards her redemption.Β But at least it's a start.

Well said! I have nothing to add. Well, except that no matter what Ilia believes at the moment, I hope she won't get killed any time soon. I really want to see her interact with the rest of the main cast. There's so much potential for drama, comedy and cute feelsy moments there. (Also, ship wars... But I don't really care about those.)
