Description
The invasion on Grogar's Fortress begins as Hisan's rock worm burrows a hole into Grogar's territory for the Pixies and Winx to travel through. They also serve as a distraction while the group enter into enemy territory. Upon arriving at Grogar's Fortress, his minions begin to attack them.

Meanwhile, Grogar and Dark Bell begin preparation to open the gate to the realm but the Sanderson Sisters informs him that their enemies managed to enter their territory. And so, he orders them give them all their power to power up his minions. After he tells them what to do, he takes Dark Bell to continue the preparations. The sisters however, start to feel like tools rather than allies, especially since they had done most of his work for him.

On the group's end, the monsters are far too many to handle altogether and so Bloom leads her them into a different tactic - Flora and Musa team up and take control of the owl, while Bloom takes the crow to cover more area.

While they deal with the monsters, the Sanderson Sisters grants the monsters all their power. The monsters now much stronger, their attacks are more potent and causes an even tougher time for the group. The sisters however, are exhausted and go find Grogar. The stronger monsters scares Rosetta but Iridessa was able to lighten up the mood with her usual jokes. The sprites themselves huddle together as their terrible memories of imprisonment at the fortress is revisited. Silvermist then asks Lightly to find a safe entry point; she does so, and finds one.

In the fortress, Grogar has everything ready, and the Sanderson Sisters return to confront him to make sure he does not forget their share of the ultimate power. He then betrays them, he ends their servitude and sends them into the void. And to ensure that his enemies do not interfere with his plans, he summons his pet and transforms him into another, more powerful monster.

Bloom is having problems with her aircraft and she is forced into an emergency landing. She tries her best but her left rudder has been severely damaged after smacking into a large slab of rock and the continuous onslaught by the monsters. It is then that Flora takes matters into her own hands and reels the aircraft safely aboard the owl. With Bloom safe, the Pixies then do their part in using convergence strip the monsters' of their power boosts.

Back on Magic City, Rain Shine decides to send Faragonda and Clarion on her own secret mission to help fight off Grogar.

The group has safely reached the entrance point to the fortress. The girls say their farewell to the Winx should they not return from this mission; Rosetta and Flora share their first hug, and Musa shows a lot of compassion and concern towards Fawn. Bloom on the other hand looks in worry, and Vidia comforts her, strongly affirming that they will save Tinker Bell, no matter what. After their sweet moments, Tecna alerts them that it is time, and the Pixies head off while the Winx stay behind to cover them. Meanwhile, Grogar has already opened the portal to the Realm; he and Dark Bell step inside.

Once the Pixies had entered the fortress, they begin to seek out Grogar and Tinker Bell's location only to run into Grogar's pet. It overpowers them but the Pixies are saved by Clarion, Hazel and Faragonda just in time. She the sends the Guardian Sprites with them, though they are interrupted when Grogar's pet smashes open the barrier Hazel had contained him in.
