Description
Rocket returns from his room and is very excited to meet a new girl who has just arrived. The girl has glasses with blonde hair. Princess Sunlight introduces her as Msalliecat and the two characters introduce each other. Princess Sunlight arranges Msallicat to collect her partners, as she and the cast member must learn everything about California, much to Rocket's impression. The only partners that the cast member can find are Rocket's partners who are Cousin Rocket and Comet and he tells her that they are not "her sort" of partners; but that they will be good enough. Cousin Rocket and Comet are insulted at the comment, but Msallicat chooses them and leaves anyway.

Msallicat walks along with Cousin Rocket and Comet still insulted and says hello to Rocket as she passes by him, but Rocket angrily demands that she give his rockets back to him. Msallicat does not hear Rocket and carries on. She also passes Drago and Sister Rocket but finds that they do not say hello to her, making her upset. Princess Sunlight tells Rocket to go to the zoo and pick up some new partners. Rocket reluctantly does so, while thinking Princess Sunlight is replacing Rocket's partners.

When Msallicat and the rockets return to Disneyland, Sunny Starscout sees her and tells her that those rockets belong to Rocket. Msallicat finally realises why Rocket was upset and leaves to apologise. Meanwhile, Rocket is with two ugly dolls named Moxy and Ox for Msallicat, still complaining as he would very much want his rockets back.

Msallicat arrives at a intersection where she is stopped and the signal member tells the cast member that Sunny has not crossed yet, and asks them to go and see what the problem is. Msallicat sees that Sunny has injured her leg in a intersection when she hears Rocket. He sees Sunny, but knows he cannot stop in time and is about to crash into her; Msallicat runs and pushes Sunny across the road, narrowly avoiding a collision.

Later Princess Sunlight praises Msallicat, then presents her with new partners named Moxy and Ox, the same ones that Rocket has with him. She apologises to Rocket for taking the rockets, and Rocket apologises for being cross. Msallicat is now very happy that she is Rocket's friend and has now become part of Disneyland and California.
