Its endlessly shifting pages recount blasphemous rites of world-unmaking that predated the false order mistakenly imposed by the progenitor deities.

It is whispered that the Infernoxicon first congealed from the primal chaos-tides at the birth of the multiverse - the hateful, unbound screams of unreality's first tormented victims crystallizing into an eternal codex of pandimensional armageddon. Properties:
Hellfire Infusion: By ritually anointing themselves in the Infernoxicon's brimstone ichor, the wielder can expend charges to cloak their physical form in an aura of mad unmaking flames for 1 hour. They gain resistance to all damage types and their weapon attacks scorch away temporary hit points and burn through resistances.
Abyssal Blackgate: As an action, the wielder can open an unstable rift to the primal nothingness between realities. Any creatures caught within 60 feet must make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw or have their immortal essence untethered and pulled into the infinite oblivion separating planes.
Armageddon's Clarion Call: By sacrificing a sentient creature's soul as material component, the wielder can expend charges to unleash a haunting psychic wail of the damned in a 1 mile radius. All creatures of a chosen type (celestials, fey, fiends, etc) must make DC 20 Charisma saves or be banished back to their native plane of existence.
