So, I really wanted to draw and I had no idea what to draw so I started doodling and then this popped into my head. I have been so into the Haunted Mansion lately and especially the attic that I thought something a little more amusing would be nice. And so, here it is, the two brides from the attic, Emily and Constance.Hope you like it

Emily--whether "shrowded in a drab disguise" of shadow or covered in a ghastly blue hue--was the Beating Heart Bride for eons until psychotic Black Widow Bride Constance gave her the axe, pun partly intended. I miss Em dearly. She fit Disney's mold more, since she & George (aka our Ghost Host, Master Gracey) could've been happily together ever after, even if death already parted them, whilst Connie is just a caniving murderess, which is why, given the Cast Member stories, I maintain that poor Emily was done in by both jealously treacherous seer Madame Leota--who gave birth to illegit daughter Little Leota once she seduced the Master after his liason with mistress Lillian but prior to grooming shy sweetheart Emily to be his bride--and Constance, the Black Widow Bride (who has ties to the Changing Portraits as the widow of George Gracey Senior, the father of Master Gracey, which makes Connie actually be the meddlesome mother-in-law-to-be of Em & thus gives explanation for why Constance replaced Emily in the attic). As for The Hatbox Ghost, he was either George Senior giving his blessing to his potential daughter in a past life before Connie made him lose his head over the situation or he was Emily's gown designer & a jealous Master Gracey killed someone whom he thought was wooing his wife-to-be.
Still, nice drawing of the two polar opposite brides. Love the style & expressions!

Well I can see how Emily died, but I wonder how Constance died?

I wish I knew, but I don't. They never really mention how did she died. If it were up to me, I'd say she probably died of insanity and accidentally killed herself.
