Some pencil sketches, Drawn with a .5 mechanical pencil. Scanned, then shaded digitally. And texture/effects also added digitally.Just for fun.

I must say, as a fellow sketch-artist I am very inspired, the swerve of the horse/giraffe legs, the size proportions and somehow making it all work together even for the incorrect ratios. Obviously the outcome of long practice, that has definitely paid off. I salute you.

I love how the girafftaur's 'neck' morphs into a woman's body. Like the arch for example, above the shoulders, becomes the woman's bottom and then it just snakes its way up from there to form her torso. That's genius! Way to combine those two species together creatively.

What is funny is Giraffe's will fight by using their long necks and smacking one another, to the point of death at times which means as you've placed her, she would basically use the upper part of her body like a blunt object to fight off enemies and essentially bludgeon herself in the process.

I'd assume she'd use her hands and hold weapons, since she isn't a giraffe, she is a centaur. She's her own creature, even if she looks like she has part giraffe, she's really a centaur, not a giraffe.

I don't think I've ever seen a centaur based on a unicorn before. I like the design there. And that giraffe centaur is equal parts fascinating and bizarre.
