la construction au premier regard est périlleuse mais cela fonctionne très bien. j'aime ces images qui accrochent l'oeil du "regardeur" qui vous incitent à y rester plus que trois secondes pour se laisser bercer par une ambiance de cinéma. bravo.

Merci, Cyril. La composition etait un challenge sur cette image, d'autant plus que j'etais en focale fixe. Je n'etais pas sur du tout, et j'aprecie ton point de vue.

Look up for "saint maurice de ventalon" on Google Map and you'll get an idea of the area.

In my mind, I guess I've never pictured France with such desolate areas. I need to understand France better.

Aaaaahhh ... directly North of Montpellier! IBM has a huge benchmark center there.

France has 60+ millions people, but Paris has already 10+ millions. Some areas are really sparse.
Is IBM surviving? It is a bit the GM of the automotive isn't it?

IBM seems to be surviving. Lou Gertzner changed a lot of the internal philosophies. Big difference between IBM and GM is that IBM has not had the labor union issues that GM has.

Well, maybe unions are to be blamed, but I would say that with better products, they would also be in a better position.

Hahahahaha ... without a doubt! Both Companies would be far better off if they were marketing better products. Inertia is a huge deterrent to change and change is what leads to a better product.

Lets also not forget that we are looking at these situations with 20/20 hind sight.

Moi aussi. Je suis dans mon element dans ces endroits comme ca avec un temps comme ca. Tongue et plage ne sont pas mon truc.
