Okay.. no prizes for guessing who this is..I drew this picture maybe last year, pen and ink, and I found it up a few days ago. It *is* based from a comic picture and perhaps it should be a 'scrap', but I really liked the angular style I managed, plus I'm bored of the flowers on my user page

really cool work here, This is a style I really like and try to duplicate when I'm able. Very Frank Miller-esque with the extreme B&W, as for nitpick I would have black-filled the left side, leaving the whites to bulid his profile. Excellent work

Yeah, I like to look through comics like this.. .. actually it wasn't based on Miller at all but I'm glad that you think it resembles the style..
Really this is just a scrap/rough sketch, but I posted it before the Scraps gallery became active and I don't have so much work up at the moment :S

Hey, this is a very well done drawing! I see what you mean about the angular style, it looks really effective! The comic style is very well done. I like the way the lines are sketchy but crisp, and the contrast of the simple black and white works really well with the angular lines.
Have you thought about tidying up the black areas and colouring this one in? I think it would look really good with a splash of red and yellow

Actually, I had a shot at colouring it yesterday.. quickly, I mean, I took about 15 minutes over it
It doesn't look too bad but truly I have too much actual work to do atm. Plus some of it has runs, even on the paper version... younger me rubbing out the pencil lines before the ink dried X( .. so probably not, but thank you.
