A few hours work, from scratch in Photoshop.
Not sure what the hell I was thinking, but it turned out ok.

Wow! I love it! So simple yet horrifying. I wonder what it would look like if it opened it's mouth...then again, it somehow seems like a silent creature, one disturbing on a more psychological level. A tormenter. That's just how I feel, though.

The way you painted the stitches looks awesome, and despite the morbid subject matter I personally find all the subtle brush strokes, the smooth texturing and the soft shades of colour all aboutt the piece really lovely and enjoyable to look at...not sure if that was your intention or not XD
