14"X17" drawing of Dave Matthews during one of his scatting moments on Jimi Thing. I cannot even count the hours that went into this...5-7 hours a day for 5 days....took forever to do, but the outcome was well worth it. Used 2h, hb, graphite stick, and mechanical pencil on this.Related content

Superbly . . .
Musicians are SO much more worthy of our efforts than actors. Not that I haven't done an actor or two. . . It's just that we can enjoy the music while drawing those who provide it. Dave is always good for that.
