Made this sketch ages ago as another potential study for a painting. Obviously, it's Midna in her true form. The pose is inspired by a John Singer Sargent painting that featured an actress by the name of Ellen Terry, dressed in her role of Lady Macbeth.According to sources, the public found the painting terrible. Terry however adored it.
If I do move forward with the painting some day, adjustments will be made to the figure since I have improved a bit more. It might also be a bit more revealing.

Kind of cool to see you investing time in this series of yours again. It's been awhile but it's fun to see you return to it again. I think Midna is an interesting subject for you to illustrate, blending a humanoid figure (of which you're plenty accustomed to) with more fantastical design elements (that we don't see quite as often from you). Joins the two types together into one beautiful character. Digging the rather enchanting pose, too. This will look great once finished, for sure.
