Description
I was inspired by one of Janina's stock shots [link] for this. She has a very beautiful face. I wish the quality of the shot a bit better, I had to guassian blur it a bit and then unsharp mask it to clean it up a bit. I also raised her eyebrow a little too, I felt it needed a slightly more interesting angle.I'm pretty new to DeviantART so any comments or suggestions would be warmly received.

nice manip, i like the simplicity of it. and smart t add the raised eyebrow and all, it's dull when somebody uses a manip but won't 'dare' to touch the face or the features in it.

*nods* I know what you mean by wishing it were a bit clearer. But for her beauty (which you managed to fantasticaly capture) would look pretty good in any blur. Raising the eyebrow a bit gave her a quirky expression that is great Nicely done.

this is perfect.. no need for suggestions.. very strong... perfect manipulation... i love how you isolated the eyes and the lips but i can stil draw the shape of the face... very strong..very...

Nice one.
It's almost like a painting
As a graphical designer speaking (sorry jobdeformation...) there's one thing that's buggin me: the contrast. The blackest black isn't black but a mere dark-grey. Eay to get it fixed with photoshop: ctrl-m and choose the black eyedropper in there. Aim at the point that should be black, click and there you go

Very pretty....the white-washing of the image is great. I like that affect....it allows the image to be very soft and magical. Hello and welcome to DA. I hope to see more of your work in the near future. BTW...what type of fish would you normally catch where you live?

Wow! That looks awesome. I've seen that shot manipulated a few ways now.. and this one is great too. Makes her look *so* different. I love the white effects, and the arch of the brows. +fav.
