Description
This is the legendary Pokemon Arceus, recreated as a Sailor Girl. It is a pure Normal type, has a base stat total of 720 (godlike), and is the creator of the Pokemon universe. It is the most powerful Pokemon to date. It has the ability Multitype, which changes its type to whatever Plate it holds. Its signature move, Judgment, deals massive damage to its target, and also changes to match Arceus’ type if it’s holding a Plate.

I was fortunate to catch Arceus after unlocking it in the Dream World, but it was already at Level 100. Why don’t they let me break it in? Like Zekrom before it, Arceus was used whenever I had low level troops in my party. I had already collected all the plates, and I equipped some of them. Arceus has different sprites with each plate that exists, and sending it in battle with different plates equipped was awesome! Arceus even gains a color change matching the plate it holds, and all of them look cool!

When deciding the weapon she should have, I originally went with another weapon from the Dragon Quest series, but neither of them struck my interest. Then one day I played Secret of Mana (classic SNES game you should play), and got a close look at the Mana Sword. I decided that should be the weapon for Sailor Arceus. Why, you ask? In the game, it’s normally unobtainable without exploiting a glitch. Bosses give you enough weapon orbs to get the sword to level 8, which puts it at even grounds with the other weapons at level 9. The developers wanted you to get the level 9 sword at the very end, against the one boss that it’s powerful against. However, perform the glitch, and the Mana Sword is yours, bug free. It special effect: it kills. Its attack power is a whopping 127; OVER TWICE AS POWERFUL as the other level 9 weapons!

I had to lengthen the blade to make it like a two-handed sword, or a Greatsword if we're using Final Fantasy 12 terminology. This way I could have the colors of all 18 types represented on the blade (including the new Fairy Type), and make the outer edge of it white (representing the Normal Type color). This part changes to match the color of whatever tile she touches on the blade to change its element. For example, if she taps the red tile, the edge glows red for the Fire element. The yellow ribbon on the back of her fuku also changes to match the elemental color. The elemental colors are listed in the same order as they are listed in the type effectiveness chart in every guide to Pokemon (including the manual). Her chest insignia, and the emblem on her sword, has an alpha symbol. This is a nod to the species name the Pokedex gives Arceus: the Alpha Pokemon.

Her design is inspired by Eternal Sailor Moon, which is her most powerful form. I made sure her gloves and boots were as long as possible. I couldn’t decide whether to use the shiny or normal version, so when I stuck with the normal color scheme, I added some light yellow (Arceus’ shiny color) on different parts of the outfit. Her hair is normally white, turning black as you get closer to the ends.

Elemental Blast (Sailor Arceus fires a blast of rainbow colored energy. Its elemental property changes depending on the target’s weakness. If the target has no weakness, it uses non-elemental damage instead. If it has many weaknesses, it becomes all of those elements at once.
