Want to actually make this comic i sketched a year ago as an intro-to-making-comics for myself. Knocked this page out in a day, pretty happy about that! (but my shoulder is not)

If the bananas are not already ripe (as in they are still green) they will never ripen if they are put into the fridge and either way the bananas will turn black and will not be good in not too long.Β Bananas are from a more tropical climate and they did not evolve to protect themselves from cold temperatures so the cold really messes with them.
You are better off just keeping them on your counter if you want them to sit for a while.Β Buy them green if you know they will sit for a long time and then you can put them in a bag if you want them to ripen quickly (being left in a bag will cause them to ripen faster).

Lol just wait until you get into the part where the current banana is not the same banana that your grand parents may have eaten (depending on their age) and that it tastes differently since that fruit almost went extinct due to a blight and so we use a different one now but now that one is having problems and we may need to switch to a different banana and it will probably taste differently.

100% serious.Β I do have a caveat in that I am American and so if you do not live in the USA my comment on the current banana you eat may not be accurate.Β Β
That said if you live in the USA and you are eating a banana it is (depending on your age) it is probably not the same banana your grand parents ate as a kid and decades from now the banana you will eat will likely not be the same type of banana.
I do not have concrete proof but I do believe that the reason that artificial banana flavor does not taste like actual bananas is partly due to how they may be based on that first banana variety that tastes differently than the current banana.

You can tell a lot about a horse by examining the contents of their stomach pre-ingestion: i.e., looking at their fridge. And Celestia here seems to be a royal mess.

Flour, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, wings, sparkles, teeth ... quite an eclectic shopping list!
And I honestly had to check the whole comic like 5 times before I spotted Bon-can. 
She loves to play hide-and-seek/spy on other ponies, doesn't she?
I mean... it would've been perfect for her spying career, though I'm not sure if that set of events canonically happened in the BlankBon-continuity.
If anything, it'd have happened in the mirror-universe where Lyra is the transforming pony and Bonbon is all serious-like.
