This... wasn't supposed to end up so poofy. In any case this was such a de-stressing piece, a lot of little things to fiddle with. I don't think I've ever drawn a proper fox before.This is The Witch from 's comic A Flightless Bird! Check it out !

What a wonderful surprise in my inbox this morning! And maybe explains why I've had a few new watchers. She's gorgeous! The style reminds me of those really nicely painted old greeting cards. Though I think you'd only send this as a greeting card if you wanted to put a curse on the person or something. I love how the black and red flowers balance the picture, and how devious the Witch looks. From her inwardly arched backed, to her licking her lips, and the way the eyes are shadowed by her brows.

I'm happy you like it! She was really fun to draw. I wanted to give her a proper background but ran out of energy after couple of roses, so maybe next time.
