Decided to drop this beauty into Sai to fix a few things that happened post finishing the original/Things I wanted to edit and perfect just a smidge.Again please don't steal my work... I worked very hard on making Helen as original as possible and you'll get bad karma! -shakes karma rattle-

Thank you! For the background, I wanted something simple and warm to compliment the complex/cool foreground. It actually ended up with a warm->cool gradient that actually works pretty well so, can't complain! In a sister piece I have (these were traditional pieces in my sketchbook) the colors are similar to this but more orange to match Helen's opposite, Elle.
