This is UtilityVehicles Corvin Series 200 made up like the 70's TV show that was supposed to be in LA when they started the program to train Emergency Fire Department personal in doctor and nurse procedures to provide medical help to hurt victims to give them a better chance to survive while being transport to the hospital. The show was called Emergency and it dealt with Squad 51 of the LA Fire Department and Rampart Hospital that was the closet to Squad 51. They were connected to a doctor in the hospital by a portable radio and the fire dept personnel would give the vital stats, condition of the victim and the doctor would tell them what meds to give and so on and so forth.
